Creating solutions to protect and provide awareness
Acer acknowledges the significant environmental impact of plastic waste and has responded by launching its first carbon-neutral PC, the Aspire Vero 16 laptop, made with post-consumer recycled material.
In addition to Acer’s commitment to collecting 50 tons of plastic waste in collaboration with Plastic Bank, Acer believes that every action contributes to the long-term sustainability of both people and the planet. This September 2024, in alignment with International Coastal Cleanup Day, Acer is hosting an Ocean Protection Challenge through the Earth Mission app. For each participant who completes the challenge, Acer will work with Plastic Bank to collect an additional 100 plastic bottles from the environment on their behalf.
